The Fire Masters proudly present: the Fire Village and Fire Village Royale! The essential difference is the scale: in the Fire Village Royale we also set up our showpiece, the 7-meter high Fire Roller Coaster.
Within these popular concepts we transform a square, a park or another outside location into a world where curious creatures are, each in their own way, possessed by fire. This concept is not street theatre in its classical sense: instead of a chronological, sequential story, it is an atmosphere creation with a continuity and overlap of events. It makes some think of a sort of fair or "carnivale" from times long past and others of a dream in a medieval land of fire.
The public enters this world through a fire gate... on seemingly random moments and places there is an act happening somewhere or there is something enchanting to watch: a seductive lady who beckons innocent bystanders, a crazy chef brewing fiery concoctions, a clownesque figure bathing in a burning water tub, a knight with a burning head and sword... Each performance is a melting pot of fire installations, short acts, acrobacy and fire effects.
